3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be in good condition
  • items must not be heavily worn or damaged
  • items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • proof of purchase or order number is required

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • shipping fees are non-refundable
  • returns that do not meet our return conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined entirely
