Shipping Rates
• Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 on all U.S. orders under $60.
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Shipping Times
• Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier delivery times.
• Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Auros Charm.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
• Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Auros Charm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
