Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in good condition
- not heavily worn or damaged
- in its original packaging when possible
You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
❗ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
❗ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be:
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Or declined entirely

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
